The Australian team is led by Director Tess Walls, a qualified beauty therapist and trainer. With over 30 years’ experience in the beauty sector, Tess has a wealth of knowledge on the beauty industry, an unwavering love for the high performing Germaine De Capuccini products and a dedicated passion for helping others grow their business, much like our founder Carmen Vidal, who in 1964 created her own formulas and empowered women around the world to become skin experts.

All of our natural ingredients are sustainably and ethically sourced, supported by programmes such as the BEE of South Africa. BEE offer development opportunities for the discriminated minorities.
CERTIFIED SUSTAINABLE PALM OIL
Since 2013 Germaine de Capuccini has only used Palm Oil with the RSPO label and has been affiliated with companies leading the way in the development of sustainable cultivation of palm oil and kernel since 2010. You can continue to purchase your products safely in the knowledge they are from a responsible and reliable company with strong ethical and moral values.
The RSPO label ensures products are made with a certified and sustainable manner, using palm oil that respects the environment and communities where it is grown.
SAYING NO TO CELLOPHANE
From now on, we don’t wrap our products in cellophane or include a printed insert in an effort to reduce our use of plastics and move towards our goal of becoming carbon-neutral.
For now, you’ll still find cellophane wrapping on products circulated before we made this change (July 2019) but we are no longer using it in our production.
BRAILLE RETAIIL PACKAGING
In order to help include people with visual disability and thus help their personal autonomy, Germaine de Capuccini uses Braille on the packaging of its retail products. In fact, we were the very first skincare to do so, even before the pharmaceutical industry caught on.

Available in Timexpert SRNS Range, this high-performing ingredient revitalizes the youthfulness proteins (which are switched off when ageing begins).
