- Orders processed before 12pm will be shipped the same day

- Deliveries to metropolitan cities within Australia aim to be an overnight service
- Deliveries to rural areas within Australia will take one to five business days.
- Deliveries to New Zealand will take three to five business days.
- Orders placed with the payment option of Zip Pay will be dispatched the following business day
- Orders delivered to PO boxes can take up to five business days for delivery
